Some of the many places to visit include National Trust properties at Castle Ward, Rowallen and Mount Stewart, also Portaferry Aquarium, Delamont Country Park and The Wildlife and Wetlands Trust at Castle Espie. This is an area rich in natural beauty and is renowned for its outdoor pleasures with special appeal to walkers, bird watchers, golfers, yachtsmen, artists, and genealogists. After all the activity you will be happy to relax in the two local bars and restaurants, Balloo House and Daft Eddy’s.

The accommodation includes an entrance hall with telephone and cloak area. The lounge is large and open plan to the dining room. Included are a colour TV, DVD and a CD player, there are also patio doors to the rear garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with storage units and includes an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, etc. The sun room to the rear has patio doors opening to the rear garden. The bedroom accommodation consists of Bedroom One with built in storage, double bed and TV, Bedroom Two with built in storage, twin beds, and a TV and Bedroom Three with two single beds. There is also a fitted bathroom with an electric shower. Outside there are gardens to both front and rear and ample parking.
